WELCOME TO TEEN TIME
1st & 3rd Mondays of the month
4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Grades 6 – 12
Join us on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month as we open the library to our teens!
From 4:30-5:00 PM, use the space to catch up on homework or study, then from 5:00-6:30 PM, it’s all about fun after hours!
We’ll decide on a teen-led activity, including:
- Board games
- Video games
- Crafts
- Music
- Movies
- Shenanigans
The goal of Teen Time is to give our older youth a place to hang out and have fun, without worrying about disturbing others in the library. Fun foods will be provided at each Teen Time.
No registration required, but participants must sign in with their names, ages, and emergency contact info.
To make sure the Catskill Public Library remains a welcoming and open environment for all, we have some rules we ask everyone to follow:
- Everyone must follow the Patron Code of Conduct (even though we’re closed to the public)
- Anyone who breaks the Code of Conduct will be asked to leave and their listed contacts will be notified
- For safety, we ask for no running ‘in and out’ of the building- when you’re there after hours, you’re inside
- The library building will be locked to the public after hours, and the upper floors will not be accessible
- If there are no participants by 5:30 PM, we will post a cancellation for the program (and see you next time!)
