Pre-K
Join Miss Emily, our Youth Services Librarian, in an hour-long program of playtime, stories, and songs!
Story Time! is every Friday @ 10 AM in the Catskill Public Library’s Children’s Room located on the ground floor. Story Time! is best suited for pre-K aged children.
Children must be accompanied by their guardians at all times.

Tiny Tots is every Tuesday at the Palenville Branch Library beginning @ 10 AM. Tiny Tots is best suited for ages 1 – 5 years old.

Elementary
Join us once twice a month as we do kid-friendly science experiments! We’ll talk about the theme of the month and do a matching hands-on activity.
Grades k – 5 and their adults welcome. Activities may include small objects and are not suitable for young children. Adult supervision during activities is required.
Silly Scientists @ Catskill meets every 2nd and 4th Wednesday, October through March @ 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM. Registration is required.

Middle & High School
The goal of Teen Time is to give our teens a place to hang out and have fun without worrying about disturbing others in the library. Fun foods will be provided at each Teen Time.
CPL Teen Time is the 1st and 3rd Mondays @ 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM in the Catskill Public Library’s Children’s Room located on the ground floor. Grades 6 – 12 welcome. No registration required, but participants must sign in with their names, ages, and emergency contact info.

All Ages
Join us once a month at the Palenville Branch Library for a kids activity & craft! Stop in anytime at the Palenville Branch Library between programming hours.

Stretch your creative muscles! Each meeting we’ll set out bricks, choose a challenge, and get building. Completed creations will be put on display in the Catskill Youth Room until the next meeting comes around.
Please do not bring any bricks from home. All bricks will be supplied by the Catskill Public Library.
CPL Lego Club meets every other Tuesday @ 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM in the Catskill Public Library’s Children’s Room located on the ground floor. All youth welcome.
